Project description:

Rootstack manage to create a fully costume web solution for CUPFSA, directed to help them keep track of all the necessary documents they need to keep up to date for their sanitary registry in order to be able to continue selling all their cosmetic products.

CUPFSA was in the need of a platform that could both support all the old sanitary registry data they had and the new one, which is constantly updating itself as they continue to require more documents for each specific batch of products.

Rootstack focused on implementing a solution similar to our Rootnet application, but fully adapted to what CUPFSA as a company needed. This translated to a platform that could show the sanitary registry workflows for each product.

The platform allows CUPFSA to identify each batch of product with a reference number, description, application number, the country each product will be shipped, the campaign the product belongs to, the status of the whole process and even keep track of the evolution of the process itself.

Most importantly, rootstack created a platform where CUPFSA could follow and keep track of every state of the required documents by creating and accessing to the different workflows:

The workflows allow the collaborators to see the current stage of each sanitary registry and updated it if necessary. Not only that, they can access important information regarding the documents.

As a major company that manages different countries with different requirements all in once place rootstack created a workflow that allowed CUPFSA to keep track of every specific document required for their sanitary register and their current status.

Through this platform CUPFSA is able to see in progress workflows, finished ones and the ones that were cancelled. They can access to this information either by manually looking for them or by using the multiple filtres integrated in the platform.

As to the documents the company itself has to send to their respective representatives in each country they can do this by simply uploading them to the platform and updating them as they wish to.

  3. Send important/relevant documents to external parties and keep track of them via a single platform.

  4. Keep all the information regarding the sanitary permission within the workflows.

  5. Constant monitoring of documents (Both coming in and out of the company)
