Job Description
At Rootstack, we are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, Employee Relations, or Recruitment Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting employee onboarding and adaptation processes, monitoring employee performance during probation periods, and providing operational support to recruitment and HR initiatives.


Required Skills

- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, Employee Relations, or Recruitment Operations
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee follow-up, and probation period monitoring
- Experience working with HRIS or employee management systems
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Pangea or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including Excel / Sheets and Docs / Word
- Experience working with dashboards or employee tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to identify performance or adaptation issues early
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Teamwork and collaborative mindset
- Based in Colombia (Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with new employees to assess adaptation, performance, and integration into the company
- Monitor employees during their probation period or in critical situations, identifying improvement opportunities and providing support
- Request and collect first-month performance evaluations from team leaders
- Maintain updated employee documentation and tracking tools
- Update the employee monitoring dashboard, including status, actions, and progress
- Analyze monitoring results to identify patterns, risks, or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with team leaders on the follow-up of new employee performance
- Execute action plans defined by the People Manager
- Upload and maintain candidate profiles in Pangea or similar systems
- Prepare candidates for selection processes, including briefings, documentation, and interview preparation
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients when needed
- Create and update Job Descriptions
- Prepare monthly reports of available candidates for stakeholders
- Research HR trends and recruitment best practices
- Manage employee CV updates and redeployment documentation
- Support performance evaluation cycles
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as timesheet management and internal documentation
- Send internal communications and corporate announcements
- Participate in HR and recruitment team meetings
