Primary uses of Amazon ECS
- Deploy in a hybrid environment: ECS enables you to build container-based applications on-premises or in the cloud with Amazon ECS Anywhere and enjoy consistent management, workload scheduling, and monitoring tools across environments.
- Batch Processing – You can plan, schedule, and run batch workloads across all AWS services, including Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Fargate, and Amazon EC2 Spot Instances.
- Web Applications: Automatically scale and run web applications across multiple zones with the performance, scale, and reliability of AWS.
