Product Owner / Product Manager
Job Description
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role
- Proven experience managing digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
- Ability to define product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities based on business objectives and user needs
- Experience managing the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and optimization
- Strong experience working with agile development teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
- Ability to create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar product and project management tools is preferred
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and product analytics is a plus
- Experience working in technology companies or software development environments is preferred
