Rootnet Suite is a business application for managing information on opportunity cycles, clients, accounts, and much more via a clear dashboard that offers a user-friendly experience for various teams within the company.

It consists of four modules: CRM, for managing sales forces and accounts; Intranet, for handling workflows and employee-related matters; Service Desk, a ticketing module; and Sync, for managing integrations.

Challenge

Rootnet has grown in terms of both modules and functionality as well as its client base; these clients required a high-caliber reporting management system to ensure the availability of valuable, up-to-date information for timely decision-making.

The challenge lay in developing a reporting engine capable of sourcing data from lists generated across various modules—utilizing the necessary integrations—while ensuring the system was both customizable and easy to manage.

Our Solutions

Rootstack software developers created a reporting management system for Rootnet, which provides reporting and analytics embedded in the web application, delivering critical information in real time and/or scheduled. This tool is made up of an engine in charge of modeling the data and the different integrations of this engine with the repositories where the data is stored.
