HeartFit (Angular + Java)

• A web platform for clinics and physicians, integrating advanced automation and artificial intelligence capabilities:
• Automated patient-doctor communication, with secure form submission via protected links.
• Uploading and management of medical records from patient profiles.
• AI-powered medical analysis, using OpenAI via Azure to interpret clinical documents, structure information, and generate professional reports ready for review.
