<p>ServiceNow Administrator Job Description - FTE</p><p>We are seeking...</p><p>Role & Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead development, administration, as well as architectural input for the ServiceNow environment</p><p>• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements,</p><p>propose solution recommendations, design, configure, test, and implement functionality to meet objectives</p><p>• Develop systems integrations and process automation (runbooks)</p><p>• Perform data migrations to ServiceNow</p><p>• Perform ServiceNow platform analysis, administration and lifecycle management including configuration and</p><p>management of user profiles, CMDB, internal and customer portals, automated reporting and workspace hierarchy</p><p>• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices</p><p>• Create and maintain knowledge base and libraries</p><p>• Provide input to ServiceNow test plans</p><p>• Build and maintain ServiceNow support processes</p><p>• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation</p><p>• Partner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow</p><p>• Participate in the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow policies, procedures and training materials</p><p>• Define and implement backup and disaster recovery plan for ServiceNow</p><p>• Install and test ServiceNow updates and new releases</p><p>• Provide end-user technical support to resolve issues, answer questions and provide additional training as needed</p><p>• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications</p><p>• Resolve incident tickets per service level agreements (SLA) and company policy</p><p>• Analyze incidents and problems to identify and understand trends that can be reported back to the vendor</p><p>• Understand and maintain ServiceNow module and license counts for compliance and financial forecast</p><p>• Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions.</p><p>• Develop, maintain, and operate a delivery pipeline for new functionality</p><p>• Track ServiceNow defects and communicate to vendor for resolution</p><p>• Comfortable developing custom functionality using custom tables, Script Includes, business rules, developing new</p><p>Flow Designer Actions.</p><p>• Experience integrating 3rd party applications into ServiceNow via Integration Hub is a plus</p><p>• Experience integrating with external enterprise applications via MID Server, REST API, JDBC also a plus</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience</p><p>• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platform including workflow, scripts and forms</p><p>• Back-end development infrastructure experience</p><p>Nice to Have:</p><p>• ServiceNow System Administrator certification</p><p>• ServiceNow certifications are a plus (especially Certified Application Developer)</p><p>• ITIL V3 or higher</p><p>• Architectural knowledge/experience</p><p>• Experience leading teams or projects</p><p>• Implementation and customization experience of a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application</p><p>• Have created ServiceNow update sets, promoting/ testing through various instances, into production.</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience with much of the following: SOA and web services integration (SOAP, REST), JavaScript, XML, HTML,</p><p>AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, ITSM processes</p><p>• Understanding Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems</p>
