Excessive queues and waiting are among the main dissatisfactions, which is why the company partnered with Rootstack to develop a system that allows booking appointments online.

Rootstack together with a team of talented software developers created a queuing system for creating appointments in different branches. All the necessary integrations were carried out with Ensa's current systems to flow with updated information.
The appointment process is intuitive with a modern design. When completing the chosen branch, the system brings up the available shifts and allows selecting the preferred date and time, and then the personal data must be completed. When scheduling the appointment, a unique code is generated and an automatic email is sent with the appointment information, including the cancellation option.
