Digital innovation with Acquia and Rootstack
We began the year by strengthening one of our most valuable partnerships. Together with Acquia, one of our longest-standing partners, we led an enriching talk on the technology trends that would shape 2025. During this session, we delved into the evolution of digital experiences and how Acquia’s solutions, combined with our expertise, enable companies to build robust and personalized platforms. It was a key session to align strategies and prepare our clients for the digital future.
AI in Business Transformation
Artificial intelligence was undoubtedly one of the protagonists of the year. In an exclusive event at the 7 Mares restaurant in Panama, we brought together business leaders to analyze the impact of AI in the corporate world. The event not only focused on presenting use cases and implementation strategies, but also offered a valuable networking space where attendees exchanged ideas and forged connections that will promote the adoption of these technologies within their organizations.
Amcham Talk: AI for Pattern Recognition in Financial Fraud
Financial security is a top priority in the digital era. For this reason, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama (Amcham), we organized a high-level talk. Our CTO, Diego Tejera, was the keynote speaker, offering a detailed explanation of how artificial intelligence can be applied to detect patterns and prevent fraud in the banking sector. The presentation demonstrated AI’s potential as a crucial tool to protect the assets and integrity of financial institutions.
AWS: Collections Management with AI
In another highly relevant event, we explored—together with Amazon Web Services (AWS)—how the combination of artificial intelligence and cloud services is revolutionizing collections management. Targeted at cooperatives and microfinance institutions, this session demonstrated how AI solutions can optimize processes, improve portfolio recovery, and personalize communication with clients, offering a more efficient and human approach to a traditional challenge in the financial sector.

As a grand finale, we successfully celebrated the third edition of our annual event, a gathering that has already become an essential meeting for leaders across the region.
